Our OCN WEED® women crop sweatshirt is made from organic cotton blended with the innovative SeaCell® fiber, which among other things consists of seaweed fibers. The great thing about seaweed is that it is a natural and regenerative resource that already grows in abundance in the ocean. The seaweed doesn't actually need anything other than the water it's already in. This makes seaweed an optimal substitute for conventional cotton fiber, and allows us to help conserve one of the planet's most scarce resources - fresh water - which the cotton industry uses enormous amounts of. Our OCN WEED® women crop sweatshirt is designed with a cropped fit, making it a perfect match with a pair of leggings.

OCN WEED® is Copenhagen Cartel's own patented product by the meter, which consists of 30 percent SeaCell™ and 70 percent organic cotton.

We have set strict requirements to ensure that we take care of nature in our production. The seaweed that SeaCell™ contains is harvested from Iceland and the different areas are only harvested every four years. This is done to ensure full regeneration between harvests and to preserve the ecological value. The great thing about seaweed is that it is a natural and regenerative resource that is already growing in abundance in the ocean. The seaweed doesn't actually need anything other than the water it's already in.


We recommend that you wash your OCN WEED® product at 30 degrees. It helps your style last longer, and is also kinder to the planet. We advise against cleaning, tumble drying or ironing your OCN WEED® product. The product is pre-washed, which means that it does not shrink in the wash.
