Our statement "made from ocean waste" is a symbol that we at Copenhagen Cartel have a great love for the sea and thus want to focus on the challenges and opportunities in the sea. According to the supplier, the material ECONYL® is made from 100% recycled nylon waste, of which 50% comes from post-consumer waste (fishing nets from ports, fisheries, the sea and other places in aquaculture, it can also be old carpet remnants). The specific composition of the 50% post-consumer waste cannot be obtained from our supplier.

Our Center high-waist bike shorts statement is designed with a flattering v-shaped rear seam that provides support and shaping. The shorts have extra deep pockets on both sides, where you can keep your keys, phone, cards and love letters close at hand. The material feels soft and breathable and adheres closely to the body, so you get the feeling of a light compress. You don't have to jump on a bike to be able to use your Center high-waist bike shorts statement, but please do, it's always better for the climate when you choose the iron horse. Our Center high-waist bike shorts statement is created from ECONYL® regenerated nylon yarn such as old fishing nets that come from ports, fishing, the sea and other places in aquaculture, it can also be old carpet scraps and other nylon waste that would otherwise have ended up in the landfill or in worst case in the sea. The recycled nylon is mixed with elastane for a perfect fit.
