Our Lean high waisted mini shorts are the perfect base when putting together your outfit, wear them for training, alone or under a pair of loose shorts. The material provides support and shaping, is soft and breathable and fits snugly to the body, giving you the feeling of a light compress. The shorts have pockets on both sides where you can keep your keys, phone, cards and love letters close at hand. They can also be used as swim shorts, as the material is the same as our swimwear. Our Lean high waisted mini shorts are made from recycled nylon such as old fishing nets that come from harbors, fishing, the sea and other places in aquaculture, it can also be old carpet remnants and other nylon waste that would otherwise have ended up in the landfill or in the worst case in the sea. The recycled nylon is blended with elastane for a perfect fit. Our statement "made from ocean waste" is a symbol of our vision and love for the ocean and is put on the product to create awareness about ocean pollution. According to our supplier, ECONYL® is a 100% recycled fibre from waste where 50% is post-consumer waste (fishing nets from aquaculture, the fishing industry, waste from the sea and carpet leftovers) and 50% pre-consumer waste. On average the post-consumer waste is half fishnets and half carpet, this is an average from data calculated over an extended period of time.
