Delivery Time
We always dispatch within 1-5 business days. Depending on where you live and which delivery partner you choose, the delivery time may vary. If you have questions about your shipment, you're always welcome to send an email to hi@copenhagencartel.com.
Some products are marked with PRE-ORDER; here you will see when they are expected to be shipped.
Free Exchange
It's not always that you hit the mark on the first try. The most important thing is that it fits properly and that you feel comfortable in your new CC product. Therefore, we offer free exchanges so you can get the right size, style, or color for you. For full returns, you cover the return shipping cost. Simply enter your email and your order number and request your return label here:

Regarding Returns
If you wish to return your purchase, we offer refunds within 14 days from when you received your order. The refunded amount excludes shipping. We only ask that the product hasn't been used, washed, and still has original labels and packaging – just as you received it. Due to hygiene reasons, the hygiene sticker must still be on all swimwear for the return to be possible.
